MAATII (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the MAATII Events platform, which helps you create and manage private event invitations, collect RSVPs, and share photos and moments with your guests.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account and events (e.g. name, email, event details, cover images). We also collect RSVP and guest information you add, and photos or other content uploaded to your events. We use authentication and account services provided by Clerk; their privacy practices apply to account data.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service (hosting invites, RSVPs, reminders, and photo storage), to improve the product, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information or your guests' data to third parties for advertising.

Sharing and visibility

Event pages and shared links are private by design; only people with the link can view. You control what you publish and who you share links with. We may use third-party services (e.g. hosting, email, storage) that process data on our behalf under agreements that protect your data.
